The Quick Shade 64 Weekender canopy is a must have for anyone who goes camping or simply loves the outdoors. This canopy is easy to transport and even easier to set up. No matter what you are trying to cover, this canopy will work perfectly for you. It isn't like most of those huge canopies where you have to have eight different people holding each corner and ropes all over the place tripping everyone that walks by. It is simple, easy and essential for any outdoor lover.
The 64 Weekender provides sixty-four square feet of shade. It actually has a ten foot by ten foot base on it. That means that you can fit between six to eight people underneath this canopy. A picnic table is also something easy that you can place under the canopy. Or if you are out camping and need something to keep your food, the grill or the cook out of the sun or rain, the 64 Weekender is the way to go. The posts of the canopy are aluminum making it very durable, but also very easy to move around and carry. It also comes full assembled. That means that you won't have to try and figure out how it goes together every time you want to use it. You will simply have to take it out of the wheeled bag that it comes in and set it up. The aluminum is also powder-coated for added protection. The feet of the legs of the canopy are also coated in nylon to keep them protect from the elements on the ground.
Once the canopy is up you will be able to determine the proper height for your needs. It has three different height choices and is easily adjusted by a spring loaded button on each post. The canopy can be raised to have a clearance of nearly six and a half feet. After you set the height you will be enjoying one hundred percent UV protection from the Aluminex aluminum backing on the canopy itself. That means while sitting or standing under you new 64 Weekender the sun won't be burning your skin.
With all of that said, you have to admit that the Variflex Quick Shade 64' Weekender Canopy is ideal for any of your outdoor needs and comes in two different colors, Midnight Blue and Oregon Green. One thing that you will have to watch out for though is the wind. Because the Weekender's frame is made of aluminum, it makes it light enough to be taken away by the wind. It is an easy fix though, and you actually have two different options to fix it. You can either use stakes to keep the canopy stuck in the ground, or you can look into canopy weights. These weights will actually go around each of the legs of the canopy and down the feet, holding them in place. While the stakes are smaller and easier to transport, they will obviously not work if you end up setting up your Weekender on concrete or cement. That said, the weight are a more versatile solution, but you will need to decide what will work best for your particular needs.
